KARACHI: The much-awaited trophy tour for the upcoming Pakistan Super League season 11 has officially started, bringing fresh excitement for fans ahead of the tournament. The glittering Infinity trophy made its first public stop at the historic Quaid-e-Azam Mausoleum in Karachi, where officials also held a special photoshoot to mark the beginning of the promotional journey. The launch of the PSL 11 Infinity trophy tour Karachi has already generated strong buzz among cricket supporters.
This launch signals the start of a nationwide tour aimed at building anticipation for the league’s latest edition. The trophy will now travel across several locations as part of the Pakistan Super League 2026 trophy tour cities, giving fans around the country a chance to witness the silverware up close.
Following its ceremonial start in Karachi, the trophy will travel to Hyderabad on Friday. During its visit, the silverware will be displayed at Niaz Stadium along with several other prominent locations across the city, giving fans the opportunity to witness the PSL 11 trophy up close.
The tour will continue across multiple major cities in Pakistan as the league prepares for another highly anticipated season. The promotional journey, part of the Pakistan Super League 2026 trophy tour cities, is expected to build momentum and strengthen fan engagement ahead of the tournament’s start.
The PSL 11 trophy, titled Infinity, was officially unveiled earlier this week at the National Bank Stadium in Karachi. The league also shared a 47-second video on its social media platforms highlighting the detailed crafting process behind the new silverware.
The design features a modern and elegant look. A tall golden structure rises from a circular base, while the central body is decorated with sparkling stones arranged in vertical patterns that reflect light beautifully. Two curved golden arms stretch upward from both sides and connect near the top of the structure.
At the peak sits a crescent and star motif inspired by Pakistan’s national flag. The crescent is adorned with small crystals, while a polished metallic star sits above it, forming a striking crown-like finish. The trophy rests on a gold-plated base placed on a black cylindrical pedestal featuring PSL branding.
The upcoming edition of the Pakistan Super League will feature eight teams for the first time. Two new franchises, Pindiz and Hyderabad Kingsmen, will join the competition.
The tournament will consist of 44 matches scheduled from March 26 to May 3. Defending champions Lahore Qalandars will begin the season at home, facing Hyderabad Houston Kingsmen in the opening match on March 26.
