PCB Announces Ticket Refunds After PSL 11 Goes Behind Closed Doors

Following a major revision to the tournament plans, PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi confirmed that all PSL 11 matches will now be played exclusively in Karachi and Lahore without spectators due to the prevailing regional situation. This decision affects all ticket holders who had previously bought tickets for matches at other venues.

Automatic Refund Process

Fans who purchased tickets online will receive automatic refunds directly to the original payment method used. This includes debit and credit cards, as well as mobile wallets such as JazzCash and Easypaisa. Ticket holders do not need to take any action to initiate the refund.

Official Statement from PCB

“The Pakistan Cricket Board and HBL PSL appreciate your patience and look forward to welcoming you back to the stadiums for an even more exciting cricketing experience in future,” the PCB said in a press release. For any questions about PSL 11 ticket refunds or related matters, fans can contact Ticketing.psl@pcb.com.pk.

Refund Timeline

The refund process is set to start on March 30, 2026, and is expected to be completed within 15 working days. The PCB noted that processing times may vary slightly depending on individual banks or payment service providers. Fans experiencing delays are advised to contact their respective financial institutions.

PCB Appreciation and Commitment

The board expressed gratitude for fans’ understanding during these changes and reiterated its commitment to returning spectators to stadiums in future PSL editions. The PCB emphasized that these measures follow the PCB PSL 11 policy to ensure safety while keeping the schedule of 44 matches over 39 days intact.
