The week-long transfer window, which began on March 12, allowed franchises to make strategic adjustments through trades, replacements, and direct signings. Teams made the most of the opportunity to fine-tune their lineups ahead of the new campaign, making the PSL 11 trade window updates a key talking point.
Among all teams, Multan Sultans were the most active, executing multiple deals across franchises. They completed a player exchange with Quetta Gladiators, bringing in Ahmed Daniyal and Jahanzaib Sultan while sending Faisal Akram and Arafat Minhas in return.
In another move, Multan secured Mohammad Wasim Jr from Islamabad United, with Salman Mirza and Nisar Ahmed heading the other way. The franchise also finalized a player-for-money transfer, sending Saad Masood to RawalPindiz for PKR 500,000.
Franchises were allowed to conduct three types of deals during the window, including player-for-player, player-for-money, and hybrid trades. This flexibility enabled teams to address specific gaps in their squads.
In addition to trades, several teams strengthened their lineups with direct signings. Multan added Imran Randhawa, while Peshawar Zalmi secured U19 captain Farhan Yousuf along with Bangladesh pacer Shoriful Islam. Injury replacements also played a role, with Lahore Qalandars and RawalPindiz bringing in Shahab Khan and Jalat Khan respectively.
PSL 11 will be a milestone season as the league expands to eight teams for the first time. New franchises RawalPindiz and Hyderabad Kingsmen join the competition, adding fresh energy to the tournament.
The event will feature 44 matches across a 39-day schedule from March 26 to May 3. Each team will play 10 matches in the league phase, with the top four advancing to the playoffs.
With all moves completed, the PSL 11 squads list is now finalized, showcasing a balanced mix of international stars and emerging domestic talent across all franchises.
Teams like Lahore Qalandars, Karachi Kings, and Islamabad United have retained their core players, while others such as Multan Sultans and RawalPindiz have made notable adjustments to strengthen their combinations.
The inclusion of global names alongside rising local stars ensures a highly competitive tournament, with each squad built to challenge for the title.
