The Pakistan vs Bangladesh 2nd test has entered its 4th day. Despite a slow start due to rain, the match now seems to have picked up great pace.

Once again Bangladesh has wreaked havoc. Hasan Mahmud and Nahid Rana’s exceptional bowling and the tourists’ outstanding fielding have yielded great results in their favor as the Men in Green could only manage to score 172.

Pakistan currently leads by 184 runs.

Bangladesh won the toss and opted to field first. The Men in Green batted adequately well in the beginning, but were later all out for 274.

Saim Ayub (58) and Shan Masood (57) were the highest scoring batsmen from the Pakistan team. Despite Litton Das playing a massive knock of 138 runs, Bangladesh were all out for 262.

The beginning of Pakistan’s second innings had created the perfect image of what the rest of the match was going to be like.

They lost 2 early wickets and couldn’t manage to get back up on their feet since then.

In this horrible batting display, Pakistan’s saving grace was Salman Ali Agha’s innings. He took charge of the game and kept the scoreboard moving in order to get to a decent total.

Another noteworthy knock was played by Muhammad Rizwan, his 47 runs added some stability to the crumbling Pakistan batting lineup.

The Pakistan team quite literally limped towards the finish line with wickets falling left, right, and center. The team managed to reach a decent score of 172 and gave Bangladesh a target of 185 runs.

Bangladesh openers Zakir Hasan and Shadman Islam stepped into the field with utmost strength and confidence.

They looked quite comfortable in hitting the ball and have already scored 42-0 in just 7 overs.

Fortunately for Pakistan, the match has been suspended due to bad lighting.
