Kingsmen Elect to Bowl as Hyderabad vs Islamabad Live Action Kicks Off in Karachi

KARACHI – Hyderabad Kingsmen captain Marnus Labuschagne has won the toss and elected to field first against Islamabad United in the 21st match of PSL 11 at the National Stadium.

Opting to chase under the lights, Labuschagne cited the anticipated evening dew as a primary factor, noting that the surface typically eases for batting as the humidity rises. The Kingsmen, riding high after their maiden victory against Karachi, have opted for an aggressive bowling attack.

Islamabad United skipper Chris Green expressed no disappointment at being asked to bat, stating his side was prepared to set a formidable target on a track that looks full of runs. 

United’s batting depth, featuring Devon Conway, will be tested against a rejuvenated Kingsmen unit desperate to climb the table.
