“The atmosphere in the squad is positive. Everyone backs each other. That makes it easier to perform when it counts,” he added.

While bowling remains his primary role, Abbas is not limiting himself. He is quietly working on his batting, preparing for situations where late runs can change outcomes. It’s a practical addition rather than a shift in focus.
