The significance of It I have always wanted to live life to the fullest, not only in terms of memories and experiences but also regarding how others respond to me, and, ultimately, the impact I make on their lives. I wish not to be forgotten and just fade into oblivion because no one cares.

Why It Matters

  1. WCL is a Legends tribute. WCL relives the golden age of cricket with former legends who have retired coming back into action and thus reminding the fans of the golden age.

  2. Historic Rivalries: The one England has with Pakistan or the one India has with Pakistan will bring once again the old verge.

  3. Approved by ECB: The ECB has been clearing and supporting only the legends, team-based sports that are approved by a Test board, which gives the tournament authenticity and qualitative leverage.

  4. Being a fan activation, existence in local venues and international television will be employed in such a way that the WCL 2025 will be able to reach out to traditional fanbases in other parts of the world.

What to Watch For

  • Then there is captaincy: Yuvraj against Eoin Morgan, the old versus the new way

Batting fireworks: the Eights by Gayle against the batting style of DJ Bravo

  • Pace vs spin: Brett Lee bowling at Raina and Dhawan; the perfectly placed off-break by Cook

  • Semifinal electricity: Two semis in Edgbaston on the second-last day- legendary thrillers to conclude on a big finale
