Although Pakistan was merely protecting a small total, it made an effort to remain a part of the game. Saim Ayub was the key player as he took all 3 wickets, including such big names as Abhishek Sharma, Shubman Gill, and Tilak Varma. Abrar Ahmed bowled well, giving only 16 runs in his 4 overs. The rest of the bowling attack faltered, however, against India’s aggressive batting.
