Serie A is an Italian professional football league. It is regarded as one of the most prestigious and tactically sound national leagues.
Serie A was ranked the world's best national league in 2023 by IFFHS, and holds the second position amongst European Leagues, trailing behind the Premier League, and ahead of the La Liga, Bundesliga, and Ligue 1.
Over the years, Serie A has produced some of the greatest players in football history, including Paolo Maldini, Alessandro Del Piero, and more recently, Cristiano Ronaldo.
This prestigious football league will be contested by 20 teams and will run from 17th August, 2024, till 25th May, 2025.
Because the tournament runs for almost nine months, certain rounds are strategically planned to prevent clashes with other high-profile matches and to ensure players’ availability.
