Rizwan believed that if Saim played in various leagues, such as CPL and BPL, it would help him become familiar with different playing situations. This, in turn, would boost his confidence in playing in the national team of Pakistan.

Saim says, "I have a lot left to do at the international level. I have a lot to learn. I need to improve my game a lot, which will help me dominate. I am working on those things." He learned a lot from not doing well in some matches. Top cricket players told him that you learn more from mistakes than from successes. He's happy he had some failures early in his career because now he knows what he needs to improve.
