PSL 11 Player Auction Date Announced With New Contract Model

The Pakistan Cricket Board has confirmed the PSL 11 player auction date. The auction will take place on Wednesday, February 11, after a consultative workshop in Lahore.

PCB Chairman Mohsin Naqvi and PSL Chief Executive Salman Naseer led discussions. The session brought together franchise officials, senior PCB management, and leading national players.

The PCB also clarified how bidding will move during the auction. Increments start at PKR 250,000 for bids below PKR 1.1 crore, increase to PKR 500,000 under PKR 2.2 crore, rise to PKR 1 million under PKR 4.2 crore, and jump to PKR 1.5 million once bids cross PKR 4.2 crore.

• Each squad must have at least two uncapped Under-23 players, with one playing on match day.
• Players signed or retained will be on two-year contracts.
• Franchises can retain up to seven players for PSL 12 before a full reset via grand auction.
