One of the much-awaited encounters between the Pakistan Champions and the India Champions of the World Championship of Legends (WCL) 2025 will be held on 20 July at Edgbaston, Birmingham.

This match is played on Sunday and will commence at 12.00 pm local (4.30 pm Indian time) with the spotlight on the game as one of the more iconic clashes at the group stage of the event. Both parties compete in the WCL 2025, consisting of six nations in which cricket veterans will represent Pakistan, India, England, Australia, the West Indies, and South Africa.

Younis Khan will continue to guide his previous Pakistan team to win the Pakistan Championship, and Yuvraj Singh will captain the Indian team. Additional one-size stars are Shahid Afridi, Shoaib Malik, Harbhajan Singh, and Suresh Raina, who will play up on the field against what will be a crowd-pleasing match.

The complete WCL 2025 schedule has been announced this week, and the tournament is set to be played between July 18 and August 2 in four venues in England, viz Edgbaston, Headingley, The Oval, and Northampton.

The response of the fans has also begun to surge on social media, and early ticket sales people should experience what is likely to become a record. In 2024, the stadiums were full when Indo-Pak were playing, and it should also be the same this year too.

Pakistan Vs India in WCL 2025 will not be simply nostalgia but a rekindled journeyman cricket match which still commands a lot of significance. And with legends coming back and national pride at stake, July 20 is one of the must-watch events on the calendar.
