The Pakistan Cricket Board has revealed the names of playing XI for the 2nd match of the Pak vs Zim T20I series. The match will take place at the Queens Sports Club in Bulawayo, on 3rd December, at 4 PM (PST).
Expectedly, the Men in Green have decided to go with an unchanged side which achieved a comfortable win over the hosts in the 1st T20I.
The Pakistan T20I team led by Salman Ali Agha defeated Zimbabwe by 57 runs, the credit of which goes to a valuable cameo by Tayyab Tahir, who hit an unbeaten 39 off 25 with the help of four fours and one six.
A 65-run fifth-wicket partnership off 34 balls between Tahir and Muhammad Irfan Khan (27*) helped Pakistan post an impressive 165-4 while choosing to bat first.
It was good to see all the young debutant players play their part with the bat as well as the ball.
Despite having a better start than Pakistan, Zimbabwe crumbled from 60-2 to 108-all out in 15.3 overs.
Sufiyan Muqeem, Abrar Ahmed, and Haris Rauf collectively dismantled the Zimbabwean batting lineup.
With the exception of Salman Agha and Haris Rauf, this Pakistani lineup has a massively high percentage of youngsters and debutant players.
Saim Ayub, Usman Khan (wk), Omair Bin Yousuf, Salman Agha (c), Tayyab Tahir, Irfan Khan, Abbas Afridi, Jahandad Khan, Sufiyan Muqeem, Abrar Ahmed, Haris Rauf.
