LASK Defeats Celtic 5-1 in Extra Time to Reach Champions League

LINZ: Austrian champions LASK pulled off one of the most astonishing turnarounds in modern European football history on Tuesday night, securing a breathtaking 5-1 extra-time victory over Celtic at the Raiffeisen Arena. The unfathomable result completed a 5-4 aggregate triumph in the UEFA Champions League play-offs, eliminating the Scottish giants in catastrophic fashion.

Heading into the second leg, Celtic held what appeared to be an unassailable 3-0 advantage from the opening fixture in Glasgow.
