KARACHI: In an expected thrilling encounter at the National Stadium, Lahore Qalandars’ captain Shaheen Shah Afridi won a crucial toss and opted to bat first against RawalPindiz. 

“The pitch looks solid, and we want to put a big total on the board for the opposition,” Afridi noted at the toss. 

On the other hand, Rawalpindiz skipper Mohammad Rizwan seemed unbothered by the result of the coin flip, expressing confidence in his disciplined bowling attack led by the evergreen Mohammad Amir. 

With playoff implications hanging in the balance, both sides are eyeing a clinical performance in what promises to be a thriller.
