The delay is particularly frustrating for fans, as this clash features a high-stakes leadership battle between Shadab Khan and Mohammad Rizwan. Early reports from the venue suggest that while the drainage system at Gaddafi Stadium is world-class, the rain must subside completely before the match referees can conduct an official inspection.

If the rain continues, we may see a reduced-overs contest, similar to yesterday’s Match 11. For now, players remain in the dressing rooms, and the "Wait for Play" signals are active.
