India vs Afghanistan: The Board of Control for Cricket (BCCI) announced Team India's squad list for the T20I series against Afghanistan. A total of three matches will be played between India and Afghanistan. 

Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli are back in action for the Afghanistan tour of India, in 2024. Rohit Sharma, the captain who scored 597 runs in 11 matches of ICC World Cup 2023 is leading team India without Jasprit Bumrah, Shreyas Iyer, and Mohammed Siraj. All three important bowlers have been rested.

Of Course, it’s going to be tough for Afghanistan to defeat India on home ground as the opponent registered victories with top-notch performances in the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup 2023.
