India Choose to Bowl First in 2nd T20I; South Africa Make Three Changes

India decided to bowl first in the 2nd T20I against South Africa at the New Chandigarh ground, with captain Suryakumar Yadav citing the dew on the field as a determining factor.  

India made no changes to the lineup. The New Chandigarh ground, which is set to be used in men’s international matches, is considered to favor fast bowlers.

South Africa made three changes to the side. Captain Aiden Markram said the changes were part of the team’s rotation policy. Reeza Hendricks, Ottneil Baartman, and George Linde came in to replace Tristan Stubbs, Anrich Nortje, and Keshav Maharaj.
