The Caribbean Premier League (CPL) 2025, marking its 13th season, is set to ignite the cricketing summer as a month-long celebration of explosive T20 action and vibrant island spirit. Running from 14 August to 21 September 2025, CPL 2025 promises six thrilling franchises, regional pride, and unforgettable moments. 

Teams & Key Captains

The CPL features six powerhouse teams vying for glory:

Match Schedule & Format

CPL 2025 features a double round-robin format, where each team plays others twice in a league stage of 10 matches. The top four teams then enter a playoff structure including Eliminator, Qualifier 1, Qualifier 2, and the Final.

  • Total Matches: 34, culminating in a grand finale on 21 September.
     
  • Opening Match: 14 August – St Kitts & Nevis Patriots vs Antigua & Barbuda Falcons at Warner Park, Basseterre.
     
  • Knockouts & Final: Hosted at Providence Stadium, Guyana.
     

Match start times typically align with 7:00 PM local Caribbean time, translating to 4:30 AM IST, with playoff starts moving to 5:30 AM IST.
