Salman Khan suggests Aamir Khan should join the spy universe

Salman Khan has recently found success at the box office with Tiger 3, breaking a streak of less successful films. In a recent interview, he discussed the potential for greater box office returns in multi-starrer films, particularly addressing the collaboration with Shah Rukh Khan in the YRF spy universe. Although the two haven't starred together in a full-length film, they have made significant cameo appearances in each other's projects like Tiger 3 and Pathaan.

Salman reflected on a phase in his career when audiences were not turning up for his movies. To counter this, he chose to work alongside other popular actors of the time such as Sunny Deol, Sanjay Dutt, Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Anil Kapoor, and others. According to Salman, this strategy significantly boosted the box office collections.

He pointed out that unlike stars of the 90s who frequently collaborated, the younger generation of actors seems less inclined to do so for various reasons. Salman expressed optimism about the collaboration with Shah Rukh in the spy universe and even suggested that Aamir Khan could join in if a similar spy-verse project came his way.

When asked about the much-anticipated clash between Tiger and Pathaan, Salman hinted at the showdown, saying, "Yes, that will happen very soon, Insha Allah." Tiger 3 has reportedly earned Rs 249 crore at the domestic box office, marking a successful run for the film.
