TAPMAD BANGLADESH RECURRING PAYMENT POLICY

This Recurring Payment Policy (“Policy”) governs the automatic, periodic billing and payment collection process for subscriptions to tapmad’s services in Bangladesh, where payments are processed through bKash, Grameenphone, or other authorized payment partners. This Policy forms part of, and must be read together with, the tapmad Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

By subscribing to any tapmad package in Bangladesh, you (“Subscriber”, “you” or “your”) agree to be bound by this Policy. If you do not agree, you must cancel your subscription in accordance with Section 8 below before your next billing date.

Note: The recurring payment terms apply only to users paying via supported recurring payment partners, currently bKash Wallet and Grameenphone.

For subscriptions billed via bKash, notifications will be sent before the payment date:

Note: Grameenphone subscriptions are renewed automatically at the end of each cycle

Automatic Payment Processing

Note: Step-down charging is not applicable to subscriptions from bKash or Grameenphone.

Payment Outcomes

Successful Payment: Both you and tapmad will receive a confirmation notification.

Pricing, Changes & Notifications

tapmad reserves the right to modify subscription fees, payment intervals, or the terms of this Policy at any time. You will receive at least 30 days’ prior notice via in-app notification, SMS, or email.

Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel anytime via the tapmad App or Website under “Billing Information.”

Late Payments & Service Suspension

If payment is not received and retries fail, tapmad may suspend or terminate your subscription. Unpaid amounts may be recovered through collection agencies and legal fees.

Data Security

All payment data is processed in compliance with Bangladeshi laws and encryption standards. tapmad does not store your full bKash or Grameenphone payment credentials.

Dispute Resolution

If you believe a payment has been charged in error, notify tapmad within 7 days. Disputes will follow the tapmad Terms of Use and the laws of Bangladesh.

Governing Law

This Policy is governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Dhaka courts.
